This one was leaked ahead of time (but what wasn’t?), but nonetheless it’s here. Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition has been confirmed by Bandai Namco on the Xbox E3 stage. It’s coming in Winter 2018, and presumably has all the lost content from the Japan-only PS3 version.
