First of all, there’s some light spoilers here if you aren’t all the way caught up with the My Hero Academia anime. Nothing to worry about of course if you’re a manga reader. Anyway, at the end of the third season, main character Izuku Midoriya, or Deku, is able to unleash a new level of his Quirk, “All for One.” There’s a massive shift to his fighting style as a result, which is known as “Shoot Style.” Bandai Namco recently announced that Shoot Style Izuku Midoriya will also be included in the upcoming video game, My Hero One’s Justice.
While My Hero One’s Justice has been out in Japan, the game isn’t set to land in the west until October 26, 2018. Regardless, Shoot Style Midoriya will be day one DLC for the game, but Bandai Namco isn’t charging a penny for the addition. He’s totally free!
Essentially, the character is an alternate version of the Deku already in My Hero One’s Justice, albeit with a totally different moveset. This announcement came in the form of a tweet from the official Bandai Namco Twitter account, which also came with a few screenshots of Shoot Style Deku. You can check out the screens in the gallery below.
